User Agreement
This user agreement defines the terms for using the Rust Room Build website, Steam authorization, personal dashboard, VIP checkout, and custom Rust base orders.
1. Subject
Rust Room Build provides access to digital services connected with Rust gameplay: VIP access for Rust Room BUILD by GJ and individual custom base orders.
By using the website, signing in through Steam, placing an order, or paying for a service, the user confirms acceptance of this agreement.
2. Services
The website may display prices, checkout forms, order statuses, VIP entitlement details, support messages, and Steam profile information.
The administration may update service descriptions, availability, prices, and interface details when needed for the correct operation of the service.
3. User Responsibilities
The user agrees to provide accurate information required for order processing and to use the website only for its intended purpose.
The user may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit malicious content, abuse support channels, or violate third-party rights.
4. Payment and Fulfillment
Payments are processed through the connected payment provider. Order status is updated after payment confirmation.
VIP access is linked to the Steam ID used during authorization and is active only during the paid period. Custom base work is performed according to the agreed order details.
5. Liability
The administration is not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party services, game server restrictions, incorrect data submitted by the user, or force majeure circumstances.
The user is responsible for actions performed through their Steam-authorized account and for the accuracy of order information.
6. Changes and Contact
The agreement may be updated. The current version is published on the website and applies from the moment it is posted.
