These terms govern digital service purchases between the Rust Room Build seller (Provider) and customer. The selected service description and order details agreed before payment form part of the contract.

The provider supplies paid VIP access on Rust Room BUILD by GJ or fulfills an individual Rust base order. Scope, duration, price and deliverables are defined by the selected offer and agreed order details before payment.

Services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are sold and no postal shipping or shipping fees apply. VIP does not include the Rust game or a license to it; customers need their own access to the game.

Before paying, the customer reviews these terms, the service description and privacy policy, and verifies their Steam ID, amount, currency and agreed order details. Payment for a specific order constitutes acceptance. Visiting the website does not constitute a purchase.

Customers must have the legal capacity to purchase; any consent from a legal representative required by applicable law must be obtained before purchase.

The final amount and currency are displayed before payment. Payments use the payment provider available on the website. An order is paid once payment is confirmed. Price changes do not affect orders already paid for.

Available payment methods and the transaction currency are shown during checkout. Promotion terms and the final discount are disclosed before payment confirmation. Payment details are entered on the selected payment provider’s page; do not send card details or verification codes to support.

The checkout total includes taxes and charges collected by the Provider for the order. Customer bank fees and currency conversion are determined by the bank and are not part of the service price. RUB means Russian rubles; USDT is the Tether digital token, not US dollars.

VIP is linked to the customer’s Steam ID for the paid duration. For individual bases, requirements, deadlines, delivery and revisions are agreed in the order conversation before work begins. Activation errors or delays should be reported through dashboard support.

Available VIP terms are 30 and 365 days. The current purchase flow uses a one-time payment for the selected period, with no automatic renewal or recurring charges. A new order is required for a further period. Fulfillment details and order status are available in the dashboard.

VIP is activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation. If access is not provided within that period, the customer may request fulfillment or cancellation with a full refund for the undelivered service.

The custom base delivery deadline and deliverable format are agreed in writing before payment. Additional work and deadline changes require the customer’s agreement. Deliverables are provided through the dashboard order or another agreed digital method without a separate delivery fee.

For cancellation or a refund, email support@rustroombuild.com or contact dashboard order support. Support responds within 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Refunds are initiated within 10 calendar days of receiving a valid request and the necessary payment identification details. Any shorter statutory deadline takes precedence.

Before payment, an order may simply be left unpaid. After payment, cancellation requests are submitted through order support. For custom bases, the work completed and deliverables already supplied are considered when determining the refundable amount, subject to mandatory customer rights.

Reasons to contact support include duplicate charges, failure to provide paid access, failure to meet agreed terms or defective deliverables. Include the order number, payment date and amount, and a description. Do not provide a full card number or CVC. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method where technically possible; posting time depends on the payment provider and bank.

Cancellation and refund requests can also be sent directly to support@rustroombuild.com. If you cannot access your dashboard, use this email and include the order number or details identifying the payment.

Duplicate charges for the same order are refunded in full. Cancellation before VIP activation or before custom work begins receives a full refund. Voluntary cancellation after VIP activation receives a proportional refund for the unused period. For custom work already started, only documented expenses may be deducted where permitted by law; the calculation is provided to the customer.

Defective deliverables are handled separately from voluntary cancellation: statutory rights to remedies, price reduction or refund remain available. Activation or digital delivery alone does not waive mandatory consumer rights.

Refunds are sent to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after initiation, although the bank determines the exact timing. If a refund fails, the Provider informs the customer and arranges a lawful resolution. Payment provider fees are not deducted from a full refund promised under these terms.

Customers provide accurate information and follow service rules. Rights to custom deliverables are agreed before payment; exclusive rights are not transferred without express agreement. Liability is governed by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain protected. Rust Room Build is not affiliated with Facepunch Studios.

Services are supplied subject to technical availability, applicable law and payment provider restrictions. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, the Provider notifies the customer and refunds the undelivered portion.

New versions apply to orders placed after publication. Paid order terms remain in effect unless otherwise lawfully agreed. Claims are submitted through dashboard support. Unresolved disputes follow statutory procedures, including consumer jurisdiction rights.
