Corn Seed

Corn seeds can be found when picking wild Corn plants. These seeds can be planted in the ground and grown to collect additional food. Planting these seeds in a planter, and then watering them with large quantities of water yields significantly more corn and faster growth.

Nominal stage length is a native growth parameter, not elapsed harvest time. Genes, light, water, ground quality, temperature, fertilizer and server rules affect growth and yield. The stage lengths are not a harvest countdown; final yield is unconfirmed without those conditions.

Use minimum condition (otherwise multiply qualities)

To ripe stage: 82 min
Yield gene multiplier: ×1

Constant-condition scenario using the server growth formula. Quality percentages are input qualities, not water volume or degrees Celsius. It excludes condition changes, death, crossbreeding and harvest actions; a gene multiplier does not establish the final harvest amount.

Nominal stage length
Stage	Base minutes	Conditions
Seed	1	Quality and genes affect progress
Seedling	10	Quality and genes affect progress
Sapling	10	Quality and genes affect progressHarvest / cuttings stage
Crossbreed	1	Stage progress ignores quality
Mature	30	Quality and genes affect progressHarvest / cuttings stage
Fruiting	30	Quality and genes affect progressHarvest / cuttings stage
Ripe	1,440	Stage progress ignores qualityHarvest / cuttings stage
Dying	100	Stage progress ignores quality

Base cuttings before yield-gene bonuses: 2. Taking cuttings requires a harvestable stage and removes the plant. Deep-sea restrictions and server hooks may prevent the action.
